Coralis Calderón.

Founder and president of Constellation Support Services.

Coralis is a Puerto Rican social worker and mental health professional with a solid track record in community program development. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Plus, a second master’s degree in clinical social work from RCSWI, accrediting her as a registered clinical social worker in the state of Florida. Calderón is a community leader and entrepreneur, focusing on facilitating access to essential services such as medication management, Medicaid and food stamp assistance, transportation, in-home support, and psychosocial rehabilitation activities, through the Constellation Support Services Access Center. She is nominated for Businesswoman of the Year at the Josco Awards in Florida. She has fought for equality and social justice for Hispanics in Florida and on her island and actively participates in public spaces to promote mental health, addressing topics such as grief and how to cope with it in mental health segments, on programs such as “De Mujer a Mujer con Betty Amador”. Coralis focuses on excellence in customer service above all else, and each professional working on its team is carefully selected to serve as a professional by your side.

Dr. Yanet Perdomo

Clinical Director Of Constellation Support Services.

Dr. Yanet is a dedicated psychotherapist, Board-Certified Mental-Behavioral Health practitioner, and holistic energy medicine practitioner who provides essential care grounded in quality, dignity, and compassion. An alumni of Columbia University in the City of New York and a certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the Trinity School of Natural Health, she serves as the Founder and President of ABY Behavioral Solutions INC. Since 1993, she has devoted her career to transforming lives by helping individuals and families navigate loss, bereavement, and complex grief. Her clinical practice is complemented by her interfaith ministry in Spiritual Psychology, where she actively supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and chronic grief. Her approach to care is heavily shaped by her foundational values and personal motivations. Inspired by her mothers and her grandmother, a midwife. Dr. Yanet upholds respect, honesty, integrity, and loyalty as her core character signature. She is motivated by health, wellness, and "Compassion in Action", defining true success as making a genuine difference in someone’s life, especially when a cure is not possible, but healing and compassionate care can still transform an experience. While she is deeply driven to serve, she is most challenged by the lack of resources available to deliver assistance to those in need. Embracing the quetta that “Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and inspiring at the end, embrace it like the seasons.” Beyond her professional and clinical commitments, she channels her energy into her personal interests, which include spending time with family, practicing yoga and meditation, enjoying music, traveling, and engaging in community service.

Diana Baker

MHC Department of Constellation Support Services

Diana was born and raised in San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Psychology, which provided her with a strong foundation in problem-solving and understanding human behavior within systems. Diana later pursued her passion for helping others by obtaining a Master’s degree in Counseling K–12 and a Master’s degree in Counseling in Higher Education from Ana G. Méndez University. She also completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College. Diana is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) and a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager (CBHCM).With over 23 years of professional experience, she has dedicated the past 12 years to serving children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in the mental health field. Throughout her career, she has worked as both a Case Manager and a Mental Health Counselor, supporting individuals and families in overcoming emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Diana is known for her compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered approach to care. She believes in empowering individuals by helping them recognize their strengths, develop resilience, and achieve personal growth. Diana is a proud mother of two teenagers who inspire her daily commitment to empathy, patience, and guidance. She believes strongly in the power of education, emotional wellness, and supportive relationships as key elements for building healthier individuals and communities.

Idalis Rodríguez

Idalis Rodriguez is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience, holding licenses in both Florida and Puerto Rico. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with diverse populations, including older adults, adolescents, and individuals navigating immigration-related challenges. Idalis provides a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where each client’s story is heard, respected, and valued. Her approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and strength-based, focusing on helping individuals process their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for emotional well-being. In addition to her clinical work, Idalis serves as a Clinical Supervisor for students in their professional training, supporting and mentoring the next generation of clinicians with dedication and care.

Bebalinez Collazo is an outstanding professional with a solid academic background in Criminal Justice and Public Service Administration. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Psychology, reflecting her firm commitment to professional growth and excellence in mental health services. With extensive experience as a Case Manager, Bebalinez has tirelessly dedicated herself to connecting her clients with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to improve their quality of life. Her work is distinguished by an approach focused on the holistic well-being of the individual, always guided by empathy, ethics, and social commitment. As Supervisor of the Targeted Case Management Department, Bebalinez has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead with empathy, structure, and vision. Her supervisory style has contributed to the formation of a strong and highly skilled team of case managers in Central Florida, promoting effective, humane, and results-oriented practices.
Her charisma, dedication, and vocation for service make her an essential pillar within the community support system and a role model for professionals in the field.

With a solid background in Criminal Justice with a specialty in Research from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, Santtia has dedicated her career to providing individual and group psychotherapy services. Her focus is on supporting clients facing mental and emotional challenges, educating them in independent living skills, and fostering social skills for integration into the community. Working closely with the client and her family, Santtia is committed to developing, restoring and strengthening skills that help them achieve their goals in life, work, educational, and social settings.
