Coralis Calderón.
Founder and president of Constellation Support Services, an organization that offers comprehensive mental health, psychosocial rehabilitation, and social assistance services, with a special focus on Hispanic and low-income communities. Coralis is a Puerto Rican social worker and mental health professional with a solid track record in community program development. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Plus, a second master’s degree in clinical social work from RCSWI, accrediting her as a registered clinical social worker in the state of Florida. Calderón is a community leader and entrepreneur, focusing on facilitating access to essential services such as medication management, Medicaid and food stamp assistance, transportation, in-home support, and psychosocial rehabilitation activities, through the Constellation Support Services Access Center. She is nominated for Businesswoman of the Year at the Josco Awards in Florida. She has fought for equality and social justice for Hispanics in Florida and on her island and actively participates in public spaces to promote mental health, addressing topics such as grief and how to cope with it in mental health segments, on programs such as “De Mujer a Mujer con Betty Amador”. Coralis focuses on excellence in customer service above all else, and each professional working on its team is carefully selected to serve as a professional by your side.

Dr. Yanet Perdomo
Clinical Director Of Constellation Support Services.
Dr. Yanet is a dedicated psychotherapist, Board-Certified Mental-Behavioral Health practitioner, and holistic energy medicine practitioner who provides essential care grounded in quality, dignity, and compassion. An alumni of Columbia University in the City of New York and a certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the Trinity School of Natural Health, she serves as the Founder and President of ABY Behavioral Solutions INC. Since 1993, she has devoted her career to transforming lives by helping individuals and families navigate loss, bereavement, and complex grief. Her clinical practice is complemented by her interfaith ministry in Spiritual Psychology, where she actively supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and chronic grief. Her approach to care is heavily shaped by her foundational values and personal motivations. Inspired by her mothers and her grandmother, a midwife. Dr. Yanet upholds respect, honesty, integrity, and loyalty as her core character signature. She is motivated by health, wellness, and "Compassion in Action", defining true success as making a genuine difference in someone’s life, especially when a cure is not possible, but healing and compassionate care can still transform an experience. While she is deeply driven to serve, she is most challenged by the lack of resources available to deliver assistance to those in need. Embracing the quetta that “Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and inspiring at the end, embrace it like the seasons.” Beyond her professional and clinical commitments, she channels her energy into her personal interests, which include spending time with family, practicing yoga and meditation, enjoying music, traveling, and engaging in community service.
